Frequently Questions

I have installed the desktop platform. Where can I get my login and password?

Your account number and password are shown in the client area after registration and in the confirmation email. Choose server ChooseTogether when logging in.

What is a server and why can't I connect without it?

The trading server holds your account, quotes and positions. The platform must point to the ChooseTogether server; other servers do not know your login.

I was given an investor password — why can't I open a trade?

The investor password is read-only: it shows the account and history but cannot place or close orders. Use the master password to trade.

Where can I find robots/indicators and how can I tell if they are safe?

Use the Store. Each product shows reviews, rating, version history and a free demo for testing in the strategy tester before buying.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Funding is done from the client area. Deposits are credited to the trading account after confirmation; withdrawals are paid to an account in your own name.

Linux: the desktop platform runs under Wine; the FTradings Client works in any modern browser without installation.
